When customizing your iCampPro Registration Portal, the first step is to add your camp logo and primary brand color. Four additional colors can be selected for different display areas to incorporate a full brand design palette. A favicon may also be used to match your website pages.

All-In-One Summer Camp Registration Software & Forms

Our camp registration process is extremely easy to navigate! After a parent or guardian creates an account with basic contact information and a password, they can choose to start by adding campers and members of their household or jump straight into reviewing camps to register. The camp registration process includes a pathway to create new campers as the registration is added to the shopping cart, so there are no dead ends during signup!


Camp listings include a custom image, a description and a map to the location. The parent or guardian can add one or more camp registrations for one or multiple campers to their cart and check out all at once. Not only does this reduce repetitiveness, but making one payment for multiple registrations can help your camp save on payment processing fees.


Customize optional add-ons available for each camp to facilitate purchases for early drop-off, late pick-up, camp store swag and more! Add-on purchases can be limited in quantity and become unavailable once sold out; making them a great incentive to drive early registration.

iCampPro's registration process focuses on getting a registration commitment from camp families, who complete registration prior to filling out detailed camp registration forms. This puts less stress on families competing for limited camp spots; particularly for those who may have multiple campers and multiple camp registrations to create. Tailor camp forms so that families only complete relevant form details for their specific camp registrations. Setcamp form due dates for families to be presented with clear reminders in the Registration Portal of which forms are due and on which dates. Families may return anytime to complete or modify a form prior to camp.

Add & Manage Camp Household Members

Households consist of one primary responsible party when a new account is created. This person’s email and password will be used to access the household’s online account. Afterward, multiple adults and children can be added to the account—complete with birthdates, gender, and optional emails or phone numbers for vital camp communications. Profiles for children in the household also allow the addition of a nickname and grade.

View & Manage Household Payments

Another key function that camp families can perform in the Registration Portal is making payments for camp registrations and updating stored payment methods. Camp families will be prompted with convenient reminders at the top of the page after sign-in if a payment plan amount for a camp registration is due. Under the Payments menu, families may also view their payment history and request statement copies to be sent to their email inbox.

Express Registration Links – This tool allows you to share links to a specific camp event via email or social media to guide families through sign-up. Anyone who follows the link is guided through registration for that camp specifically, with no room for confusion.


Coupon Codes – Offer great deals with Coupon Codes! Share a code with customers with an expiration date for a dollar or percentage discount and either limited or unlimited uses. Codes can be associated with a sponsoring organization to help track influencers and business relationships.


Payment Plans – Offer one or more payment plans to help keep camp affordable and accessible for your families. You may set a deadline for signup for each plan, as well as a deposit or specific payment installment dates.

  • How do camp families access the iCampPro Registration Portal?

    The iCampPro Registration Portal can be simply linked from your website and hosted on the default iCampPro domain-based account page, or it can be hosted on a secure subdomain of a website owned by your camp for a more seamless customer experience.

  • How is payment processing handled in the Registration Portal?

    All payments processed via the iCampPro software utilize a secure payment gateway provided by the in-house payments team at iCampPro/iClassPro. Our organization is a PCI compliant, Level 1 certified payment facilitator (PayFac) that provides merchants with access to online payment processing and secure payment method storage.

  • Can I link my Registration Portal to an online camp store?

    Specific items or add-ons can be offered for sale as a part of each individual camp event's registration process, but these sales are tracked separately from the On-site Point of Sale feature. While iCampPro does not presently offer an online storefront, you can direct registered camp families to a link for your online camp store using the FAQs tool and/or the Registration Portal links feature inside of the camp event setup! The FAQs tool will be accessible to all families, while the Registration Portal links will only appear inside of registration details for registered campers.

  • Does iCampPro offer a mobile app for registrations?

    While iCampPro doesn't currently offer a dedicated mobile app for registrations, we understand the importance of a seamless mobile experience. That's why the iCampPro Registration Portal, Staff Portal, Admin Portal, and all other interfaces are fully optimized for mobile use. You can easily access them from any device through a web browser, whether it's a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. The pages automatically adjust to fit your screen, ensuring convenience for both camp families and staff on the go.
