Access Critical Camp Insights at Three Levels

Your data should be as flexible as your planning process. Not all your questions are about an entire season or a specific camp. iCampPro offers dozens of built-in reports to support your camp's success. In a fast-paced environment where decisions need to be data-driven, having the ability to quickly analyze trends and uncover answers is essential. Whether it's prepping staff for check-in, reviewing registration numbers, or following up with families on missed steps or payments in the weeks leading up to camp, these tools empower managers and admins to make informed decisions that optimize operations and improve the overall camp experience.

Camp Season Reports

Views for Seasons allow you see a quick breakdown of camps within each series and their registration and waitlist numbers. Camp Series Reports

A Series is used to group similar camps within a Season. You’ll find similar report options with Series-level totals. Plus, more operations-based reports are included to address insights related to camp codes redeemed for reserved spots and special camper scenarios or policy exceptions. In short, reviewing camp data by series can help you identify trends for more specific groups of campers.

Camp Event Reports

The most detailed data can be found by running reports under the camp Event, where you can gather information about daily camp tasks. Reports here include lists of camper/cabin groups, options to run check-in and check-out reports to assist with camper drop-off and pickup, print out camper profiles and contacts, review important health or form information, access waitlist reports, and more.

iCampPro’s Dashboard lets camps add widgets to easily track registrations and staffing efforts. These widgets make it simpler for camp teams to hire the right team members, fill camps, and manage waitlists.

Household Ledger Reports

Essential Camp Reports & Dashboards

Forecast Revenue & Review Payments from the Camp Billing Dashboard

The Billing Dashboard in iCampPro puts camps in full control of registration payments, making payment processing simpler and more efficient. With this tool, authorized team members can track past payment trends and even forecast future registration revenue with ease!

By filtering for a specific month, users get a clear breakdown of the total expected income from registrations. For current or past months, payments are categorized into manually processed payments by staff and automatically processed payments from scheduled tasks. The dashboard also flags any failed payments and offers instant access to detailed batch payment reports. This makes it easy to identify issues—like households with failed payment methods—so your team can resolve them quickly and keep operations running smoothly.
