iCampPro Attending CCCA’s “Let It Rain” Conference, December 2024

Pack your bags for cool and potentially rainy weather this December! iCampPro will be making a splash at the Christian Camp and Conference Association’s annual national conference, titled “Let it Rain” in Seattle, WA as an exhibitor in December 2024. We can’t wait to see the new and familiar faces at this year’s event!
The conference is being held at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, the city’s first LEED Gold-Certified hotel—a status earned by implementing environmentally friendly measures. The exhibitor dates of the conference will be December 9-10, 2024.
iCampPro's Involvement with the Let It Rain Conference
We’ve attended the Christian Camp and Conference Association’s national conference a few times now. It has always proven to be an excellent opportunity to meet with camp leadership, explore what it means to serve Christian camps, and catch up on camp trends. We can’t wait to see you there! Members of our team will be learning in sessions alongside you and manning our booth to discuss all things camp management.
You’re invited to drop by and talk with the members of our team at BOOTH #402 in the exhibition hall on Monday, December 9th during the grand opening from 9:30pm-11pm and on Tuesday, December 10th from 10am-4:30pm.
BIG REVEAL & Other Booth Activities
There are a few special things happening at our booth during the event that you won't want to miss!
- RSVP online for our BIG REVEAL event (or at our booth in advance) to be entered into a raffle for the chance to win an iPad! *Space and special desserts will be limited!
- On opening night, December 9th, the first 50 attendees to stop by our booth and sign up for our newsletter will receive a special gift.
- Drop by at 1:30PM PST (Seattle local time) on December 10th for the BIG REVEAL of iCampPro's next big camp software innovation. We can't wait to show you what's in store!
- Immediately after the reveal, we'll give a LIVE group demonstration of some of the key features that make iCampPro the best camp management software for overnight, day and family camps.
At our booth, team members will be prepared to give demonstrations of our camp management software and discuss our ongoing efforts to serve the camp community. Our team members can answer your questions about software capabilities and best practices—so feel free to bring along questions and any pain points that your current software is not able to address. We’ll be happy to listen and let you know if we have what you’re looking for or if it aligns with our upcoming projects.

Our primary goal at this event is to learn about your camp, understand your unanswered software needs, and explore whether iCampPro is the right fit. To allow your team to accomplish all your learning objectives during the conference—our team will engage in conversations and collect contact information from camp leaders and decision-makers to follow up in the weeks following the event and schedule a virtual demo.

Our History in the Faith-Based Camp Community
From the start, iCampPro has worked with faith-based Christian camps to create software that serves a greater purpose, to help camp teams step away from the office and tedious management tasks and back out there with campers—fulfilling their greater purpose.
